    For the spring/summer season, the Musée Fabre is presenting an exhibition on the designer Valentine Schlegel, in the Hôtel de Cabrières-Sabatier d'Espeyran, the museum's decorative arts department. The salons on the second floor will show the major milestones in the career of this artist, who was both a ceramist and a sculptor, solitary and surrounded, and who combined her talents and her taste for freedom to create a true art of living.

    The exhibition will be structured around a selection of remarkable objects, ceramics, models of fireplaces that made her success, testifying to the diversity of her production, put in perspective with her poetic relationship to everyday life as well as the photographs taken by her friend, the director Agnès Varda, which show her at work.
