    Our biscuits factory is born from our will to revive traditional recipes around values of authenticity.
    We are specialized in making real old-fashioned macarons according to the original recipe from Languedoc and Provence.

    Naturally gluten-free, ROUX macaroons are made from organic and natural ingredients. The recipe without cream or ganache, made according to a unique know-how, guarantees the delicious texture of macaroons and a long shelf life without added preservatives.
