STELLA FALDUTO AQUARELLES

Stella FALDUTO publishes books in the spirit of travel books, in the form of watercolours. It is an itinerant walk in the cities of character of the South of France essentially (Montpellier, Nîmes, Arles) but also on Morocco.
Trained as an architect, she returned to her first love: drawing.
Her studies have made her sensitive to urban space and the atmosphere of public places, and this is what she tries to convey in her books: a summary of the spirit of the city, with the essential elements (monuments, emblematic shops) anchored in the current era.
With its textured paper, her books "Promenade dans Montpellier / Nîmes / Arles / Rabat" are like real spiral sketchbooks, in A5 format.
