The 6th edition of "Toqués d'Oc Montpellier" takes place on September 22, 2018, from 10am to 4pm, at the Promenade du Peyrou. 18 Top Chefs will cook for you! This year, the guest of honor is Sébastien Bras from Maison Bras in Aveyron.
- 10am: culinary demonstration and tastings led by Georges Rousset
- 10.30am: inauguration with the Chefs d'Oc and Sébastien Bras
- 11am: cocktail demonstration
- 12am: start of service
- 12.30am-4pm: animations, signing sessions and interviews with chefs
