Our high quality products are made with rare and rigorously selected ingredients. Ecuador being the cradle of cocoa production for more than 5,000 years, Yves Thuriès has chosen to anchor his production there.
Over several hectares, the cocoa trees of the hacienda San Fernando produce during all the year the precious beans that will give our cocoa its intense and aromatic taste. Our hazelnut trees, when to them are located in the heart of Lot-et-Garonne.
