The Domaine du Grand Puy invites epicureans to its unmissable Soirées Estivales. Every Friday evening in summer is "Music & Tapas", and every Saturday is "Barbecue under the stars". Opening for the Fête de la Musique on June 21, with a Cuban ambience.
In a chic yet relaxed setting, the evenings combine open-air concerts, refined tapas, cocktails and organic wines from the Domaine, to be enjoyed with friends or family in the park or on the large terrace. The atmosphere is warm and festive, in the heart of the Mas Nouguier agriparc.
This Montpellier folly, renovated and refurbished by the Association des Compagnons de Maguelone, is a former 18th-century building nestled in a listed park in the Grisettes district (west of Montpellier).
Tapas for all tastes
On Friday evenings, the Domaine's chef and his brigade offer a menu of creative, carefully-crafted tapas that will evolve with the market and the season.
To whet the appetite, the flavors will be of international origin: halloumi grilled with tahini, lime hummus & nectarine guacamole, cod ceviche and salmon marinated in green apple, pink radish & coriander, chicken brochettes lacquered with rosemary and lime yakitori,?
Barbecue under the stars
On Saturday evenings, meat and fish will be jostling for position on the terrace over the new brazier. Served at the table, these marinated grills with southern and international flavors will delight guests in a warm, relaxed atmosphere.
The wines: A FOLIE!
Domaine du Grand Puy is surrounded by the vineyards of the city of Montpellier. The Association des Compagnons de Maguelone organically cultivates this terroir and vinifies the wine. These wines are the fruit of the work of disabled people. They are labeled vin de pays des collines de la Moure, AOP Languedoc and AOP Grès de Montpellier. They will accompany every mouthful with balance and authenticity.
