History of the domain
The name of the Domaine comes from a small path that borders the vineyards in which we like to walk. This is also the path that this former pharmacist followed to become a winegrower.
At the gates of Montpellier, the Estate has 21 hectares of vines, spread over two « terroirs » in AOP Languedoc: mainly in Pic Saint Loup but also in Grés de Montpellier. Several types of soil, poor and very draining, make up the plots; rolled pebbles, limestone chips...
Wines : The estate produces 10 organic wines in the 3 colors in Pic Saint Loup, Grés de Montpellier, Languedoc and Pays d'Oc.
They are characterized by their freshness, fruitiness and finesse.
The vines are spread over 3 sectors: One facing north on limestone shards with clay, one at sunset (warmer) with conglomerates of rolled pebbles and the last at sunrise (cooler) on red clays with limestone chips.
