Located in the century-old wine cellar of the Domaine de la Pailletrice, this food court is unlike any other.
Where the region's iconic grape varieties were once vinified, there is now a 2,000 m² hall that can seat up to 600 people indoors and 600 outdoors. The old concrete vats have been ingeniously converted into 23 food stands called ‘cuve-trucks’, each offering a unique culinary experience with different cuisines (barbecue, Indian street food, specialities from Réunion, Lebanon, etc.). The venue also houses three restaurants and a wine cellar.

An ode to Hérault wine
True to the history of the place, Silvère Davoust wanted to turn Les Cuves Gourmandes into a gigantic wine bar. Each ‘cuve-truck’ showcases a winemaker from the department. The aim is to make wine more accessible and encourage people to ‘have a good time on a reasonable budget’.
The venue can accommodate groups of 15 to 1,500 people, depending on requirements.
