Second edition of the Accord mets&vins workshop at the Hôtel Disini in Castries, Friday March 6 at 6:30pm
This workshop will be led by Alicia Koch (@aliciakoch.sauvageonneandco), whose sole aim is to highlight the beauty of our products and bring out their deliciousness. A true enthusiast, she will take you into the world of wine and match our vintages to offer you a sensory and gustatory voyage.
On the program:
- Presentation of Clos des Reboussiers
- Explanation of the winemaking process to understand where the aromas come from
- 4 wines from the Clos des Reboussiers (AOP Pic Saint-Loup) will be offered, accompanied by sweet or savoury appetizers, according to Alicia's suggestions
- Aroma game to refine your sense of smell and appreciate all the aromas of the wine
