We invite you to join us on Saturday November 29 for a guided tour of the estate, followed by a Wine & Cheese workshop. The tour begins with a presentation of the estate and appellation, with a view of the garrigue and vineyards. The tour continues in the cellar, with a tour of the vat room and ageing cellar. We will then welcome you to the cellar, a former 12th-century priory, for a tasting of the estate?s wines accompanied by carefully selected cheeses. During this workshop, you will be offered an original pairing with an old vintage, the cuvée Les Secrets, Madeleine 2013.
