On Saturday November 15, the Ludivinum wine school invites you to a unique day of discovery of the great French wines and their aromas. On the program: two tasting classes open to all, led by Bernard Bruzac, a qualified agricultural engineer and ?nologist. In the morning, discover white wines: from Burgundy to the Loire Valley, via Alsace and Bordeaux, you'll learn to distinguish grape varieties, aromas and flavors through a commented tasting of six crus. In the afternoon, red wines take center stage: from the Rhône to Languedoc-Roussillon, via Bordeaux and Burgundy, you'll discover winemaking methods, tannins and grape variety characteristics in a new sensory and fun exercise. A convivial and enriching experience, ideal for awakening your senses and traveling through France?s vineyards without leaving your glass.
