The family history of our estate is recounted near our 18th-century stone mill. Charles Billet, our grandfather, planted the olive trees. André Vialla, our shepherd father, grazed his sheep here. And we continue this beautiful work by taking care of our trees. Three generations of enthusiasts have succeeded one another in making our olive grove a place where tradition and innovation blend harmoniously.
- The olive grove :
The tour continues in our olive grove, where you can immerse yourself in the place, discover our know-how, the seasonality of the olive tree and our harvesting periods. You will also have the opportunity to better understand our approach to preserving the biodiversity of our estate.
-The oil mill :
In our oil mill, you'll learn about the various stages involved in extracting olive oil, the pure fruit juice emblematic of the Mediterranean. The olives are carefully crushed to release their juice, which is then extracted by cold pressing, an ancestral process that preserves all their natural properties. This method guarantees extra-virgin olive oil, rich in flavor and benefits.
