The 12th edition of the Festival des Tout-Petits 0/3 ans, organized by the Réseau des Médiathèques et de la Culture Scientifique in 27 towns in the region, is underway!

From January 16 to 31, the media libraries of the Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole network and partner media libraries across the region, both large and small, will join forces to celebrate this new edition, which will focus on children?s literature, with the Festi?Petits 2026 literary prize being awarded for the second time.
This year, the festival will offer youngsters and their families shows, workshops, playful get-togethers, a collaborative exhibition, moments of sharing and discovery, on the inspiring theme of "Telling the Story of Nature".
And, ahead of the February 6 opening of the future mille formes art center, dedicated to children aged 0 to 6, this 12th edition will welcome an artistic device imagined by textile designer Justine Decarsin and made available by the Centre Pompidou, designed to stimulate children?s curiosity and imagination and provide them with an original artistic experience!
