Today, Fervent Ferment is a volunteer association committed to transmitting and reconnecting with the living, through food.
More than an association, it's a human, culinary and collective adventure. Hours spent talking about sourdough, koji, miso, pickles, kefir or tempeh... Intense tastings, tips exchanged, know-how shared. And above all, a visceral desire to pass on this knowledge, to defend good eating and put living crafts back at the heart of our daily lives.
