Juvignac author Ambre-Oxana Beguet and the Kérosène company invite audiences to a performance of Inspecteur Bubulle, a surrealistic comedy that sheds light on the tragedy of burn-out.
To be seen on Friday November 7 at 8pm, on the stage of the Salle Maria Callas.
It's the story of a burn-out, of a fish in the midst of a romantic break-up, who no longer wants to go round in circles in his fishbowl like others in their offices, and who proclaims out loud: "My desire is to live the life I've imagined for myself."
Winner of the "Désir" competition organized by the Je Vous Aime publishing house, this ardent play is a delightful blend of dark humor, human fragility and the desire for liberation.
Director, author and actress, Ambre-Oxana Beguet from Juvignac, France, returns to the Maria Callas stage after having burned her boards as a student at the École municipale de théâtre Nadia et Lili Boulanger.
The Kérosène company, of which she is artistic director, is a young emerging theater company whose work is described as "organic, poetic, absurd and rebellious!
