- Aroma recognition workshop

2. Talking about wine and understanding how it's made
Objectives: Understand the composition of wine and enrich your ?nological vocabulary. Discover winemaking and ageing techniques.
Program :
- Wine constituents and their role in wine tasting
- The balance of flavors in white, rosé and red wines
- The notion of length on the palate (aromatic persistence)
- Sensory vocabulary for talking about wine
- Wine-making secrets: red, white, rosé, vins doux naturels, méthode champenoise.
- Commented tasting of 5 wines
- Discussions and sharing of experience
