For this 2025 edition, whose theme is "architectural heritage", viticulture and winegrowing architecture are in the spotlight.
Built in 1938 by architect René Villeneuve, the Les petits vignerons winery in Prades-le-Lez is one of 175 cooperative wineries in the Hérault department.
This year, the cooperators are giving us the chance to discover what goes on behind the imposing façade we all know, and to learn more about wine-making and vine-growing.
