A valet who becomes a doctor in spite of himself, cookie-cutter diagnoses, patients who aren't really patients, confused loves - Molière's farce was too good for the Montpellier company Les Têtes de Bois not to try their hand at. By putting it through the mill of their art, straight out of Commedia dell?arte, mask theater and puppet theater, they elevate it to what Molière intended: a monument of drollery and comicality.
