From Saturday 10 to Wednesday 14 January
Lodjong: The all-terrain practice of Buddhism
Lodjong is a Tibetan term literally meaning "training of the mind". It is the all-terrain method of Buddhism.
Instead of running away from difficulties, Lodjong teaches you to use unfavorable external conditions (stress, criticism, tension) as a springboard for spiritual growth.
This practice gives you the strength to transform adversity. You develop immense courage and compassion, ceasing to be a victim of circumstances to become an Inner Warrior capable of facing any situation with strength and wisdom.
This retreat will teach you to :
use everyday problems to strengthen yourself spiritually.
develop love and compassion to break attachment patterns.
be steadfast in the face of adversity.
Your Teacher and the Intensive Format
Sessions are entirely guided by Kadam Olivier Terreault, CMK's principal teacher. A seasoned practitioner, he combines rigor and infectious humor to coach you and make this wisdom applicable to your life. ?
