Montferrier-sur-Lez is fully mobilized for the Telethon, with a rich and festive program running from Friday December 5 to Sunday December 7, in aid of medical research.
Starting on Friday, December 5, the town is offering a late afternoon and evening of solidarity. From 4.30pm, the Town Hall and The Baby Home crèche will be holding a pancake sale at school exits, accompanied by a balloon-carving clown for the children?s enjoyment.
The evening continues at Le Devézou with two highlights:
? 19h ? Fenêtre sur Cours: artistic demonstration by Création et Mouvement students (admission 5 ?).
? 20h ? Marathon Fit & Dance: a fast-paced session combining Pilates, Cabaret, Animal Flow, Modern Jazz, Hip-hop and Zumba (admission 5 ?).
On Saturday, December 6, the entertainment continues with a full day of solidarity events. In the morning, ACL will be selling cakes, mulled wine and raffle tickets at the market on Place des Grèses, while the library will be selling books. From 3:30 p.m., residents can look forward to the sale of pancakes and raffle tickets at Le Devézou.
Music will take center stage from 4 to 6 p.m., with a concert by La Lyre, whose participation will be by hat. The evening will be dedicated to dance with Ritmo Loco :
? 20h30 ? Salsa Bachata entertainment
? 21h ? Salsa, Bachata and Rock dance party (admission 10 ?, unlimited soft drinks)
The weekend concludes on Sunday, December 7, with the raffle draw at 4pm, just before the Christmas Concert hosted by the Town Hall.
