The What a Trip! international travel and adventure film festival returns to Montpellier from September 22 to 28, 2025. To launch this new edition, the public is invited to an exceptional opening evening on Thursday September 11 at 7pm, set between Alpine peaks and nomadic horizons.

In this film, Catherine Destivelle, world-renowned mountaineer and President of the 2025 Festival Jury, takes us to the legendary peaks of the Mont-Blanc massif. She shares her impressive and moving ascents with those closest to her: the East Face of the Grand Capucin with Pauline, her former student; the Aiguille du Grépon with Claire, her younger sister; and the Aiguille Verte with her friends Lothar and Gaby.
