Emptiness and Mahamudra (Ultimate Truth)
From Saturday 17 to Wednesday 21 January
Emptiness: the secret of liberation
In Buddhism, emptiness is the real nature of phenomena and the most significant object of all. It is not nothingness, but ultimate truth.
Why is it so important? All our problems stem from confusion: we perceive things in the wrong way. By directly realizing emptiness, this confusion disappears, and we are definitively freed from all suffering. That's the greatest meaning of all!
This intensive retreat will give you the keys to approaching this elusive truth with clarity and method.
Your Teacher and the Intensive Format
Sessions are entirely guided by Kadam Olivier Terreault, CMK's principal teacher. A seasoned practitioner, he combines rigor and contagious humor to coach you and make this wisdom applicable to your life.
