160 km of cycle paths exist in the 31 municipalities of the metropolis and major axes offer real continuity. All tram lines connect by bicycle: Jacou, Saint Jean de Védas, Pérols and Juvignac.
while towards the south, the cyclists leave towards Lattes and Palavas-Les-Flots by following the Lez.
Clapiers, Jacou, Lattes and Montpellier generally have a good level of equipment. There are many "zones 30", designed to secure cyclists and pedestrians, in metropolitan municipalities.
Driving on a green way is to take advantage of a landscaped and secure cycling space which will allow you to savor the landscapes and calm of Languedoc in peace.
A 30 km loop "From Montpellier to the Sea" which will allow you to reach the sea from Montpellier, and bypass the Méjean pond between Palavas and Carnon. If the Carnon-Montpellier section runs alongside traffic, it remains safe and practical. On the other side, the Montpellier - Lattes - Palavas section is really very pleasant, along the Lez and by the pond.
