Pride A large festive and unifying event Next edition on June 15th 2024

The Gay Pride What is it ?

Montpellier, the first gay-friendly city in France?

It is here in particular that the first gay wedding in France was celebrated – the Pride, march of pride is above all a festive and unifying event to celebrate all the prides and to recall the message of the fight against all forms of discrimination on a daily basis.

About seventeen floats leave from the Peyrou promenade, showcases and DJ sets follow one another to create a fiery atmosphere in the city to the sounds of electronic music!

Rainbow flags are unfurled throughout the city and the parade is generally followed by a festive and 100% free giant aperitif on the Peyrou promenade.
