My farm extends over more than 15ha, on the communes of Lauret and Valflaunès. In 2008, after years on the family property, I decided to ensure the vinification of the estate myself.
I have always felt the need to exalt the scents of my lands while respecting their rhythm and making sure to leave future generations a preserved environment. In fact I have oriented my activity for years towards sustainable agriculture, respecting fauna, flora, seasons and soils. In biological conversion for 3 years.
It is only in this way, at the turn of healthy and respectful paths, that the notes of my wine will reflect my career and express what I aspire to share: the love of my profession, the earth, the sweet, generous and delicate notes of the Pic Saint-Loup.
