Between the marked reliefs of the north-eastern confines of the department, covered with woods and garrigues, and the Mediterranean coast, lies the vast plain of Lunel, fertile land where vines, orchards, olive groves and livestock (horses, bulls) follow one another.
This land, bathed in sunshine and subject to marine influences, produces remarkable wines: the AOP Languedoc and the AOP Muscat de Lunel, an authentic natural sweet wine.
The itinerary follows secondary roads in the middle of the crops and allows you to discover the small villages as well as some heritage treasures such as the aqueduct and the castle of Castries or the castle of Lunel-Viel.
