Exploring the Paths of the Baroque: From Monteverdi to Haydn, Follow the Thread… Founded in 2000 around harpsichordist Marie-Paule Nounou, the ensemble presents lesser-known works from the European Baroque heritage of the 17th and 18th centuries, without neglecting the masterpieces of the repertoire. It brings together exclusively professional musicians specializing in authentic period instruments or period copies, such as Flavio Losco, Bernadette Charbonnier, Sharman Plesner (violins), Béatrice Delpierre, Jean-Noël Catrice (flutes and oboes), Jean-François Madeuf, Joël Lahens (natural trumpets), Christian Sala, Victor Aragon, Etienne Mangot, Joël Pons (violas and cello), Jean-Paul Talvard (violone), Ronaldo Lopes, Bruno Helstroffer, Benjamin Perrot (lutes and theorbo)...
