The Théâtre des 13 vents is a National Drama Center (CDN), meaning it is a major public theater located in a regional area.
The mission of the Théâtre des 13 vents CDN Montpellier is to produce, co-produce, and stage plays, as well as to host regional, national, and international artists. Each month, it offers a program of plays, events, and initiatives designed to foster long-term engagement and connections between the works and the audience.
Through its “Itinérance” project, it also travels throughout the region. “La Fabrique,” a workshop facility, supports artistic research, creation, and training. Co-directors Nathalie Garraud (director) and Olivier Saccomano (playwright) have chosen to work continuously with other artists and researchers: “La Troupe Associée” and the “Ensemble Associé.”
