At Ikal, we offer a short menu that changes according to the season and produce availability. There is always a vegetarian option and a seafood dish. Some recipes are inspired by ancestral Central American cuisine while using products mainly from the Mediterranean region.
The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Friday for lunch with options at €17.50 and €20 and in the evening. On Saturday we offer lunch à la carte.
We work with organic products (or from agro-ecological and sustainable fishing practices) that are local and seasonal, and everything is homemade.
We supply our ingredients directly from market gardeners in the Occitanie region who produce organic fruits and vegetables. Our drinks come from local artisans: breweries, juice processing workshops, winemakers, distilleries, and roasters.
