Les Beaux Arts, a village in the city”

The soul of the old slaughterhouses, a market, terraces in the shade of hackberry trees. All this makes the Beaux Arts district an authentic Mediterranean village. Our cuisine had to respect this spirit.

We come from Aveyron and Lot, and it was obvious that we had to cook fresh produce from our regions, in a way that respects the quality of the ingredients.

So our cuisine, made fresh to serve, features seasonal vegetables from the region's greengrocers, meats from Aveyron (Beef from Aubrac, Lamb Allaiton from Grefeuille, Pork Lou Teychou, Aligot from Laguiole, Farçoux from Rodez, without forgetting the Burger du Spot and the steak tartare...), the fresh fish from the Grau du Roi and the oysters from Carteau in Camargue (sea bream ceviche, carpaccio, grilled razor clams, swordfish…), our homemade desserts (Caramel flan, Tarte Tatin, Floating island, Frozen nougat, Flourless chocolate fondant, Lemon or coffee tiramisu, seasonal fresh fruit sorbet…).

We decide on our menu on a daily basis, according to the market and what is best in season, varying cooking methods:
Steaming to keep the product as fresh as possible, the simple, quick and light sear on a plancha, the delicately scented and slightly seasoned touch of the wok, the lenghty simmer over time to reveal all flavors,raw to awaken the product.

We can organize custom menus with traditional dishes such as calf's head, tripoux, low temperature pork ribs.
We also offer a tapas menu to share in season on our terraces.

A selection of wines from the region (La Clape, Cote de Thongue, Pic St Loup, Terrasse du Larzac, St Chinian, Cévennes...) from responsible or organic producers will accompany your aperitifs or meals.

Events and musical entertainment are organized in season.
