Discover grape varieties and learn to recognize wines during an immersive and convivial day. Thanks to an original method based on the analysis of aromas and flavors, you'll be able to identify grape varieties, their regions and even their appellations. On the program: guided tasting of 12 wines (6 whites in the morning, 6 reds in the afternoon), discovery of the aromatic profiles of the great French vineyards (Bordeaux, Burgundy, Rhône, Loire, Alsace, Languedoc-Roussillon), and practical exercises to refine your perception. Hosted by an experienced ?nologist (L'école du vin Ludivinum), this one-day event, accessible to all, will give you concrete keys to a better understanding and appreciation of wine.
