CONCOURS ELITE MODEL LOOK

For the fourth year running, Galeries Lafayette has teamed up with prestigious model agency ELITE! On May 20, 2026, the ELITE MODEL LOOK contest will stop off at the Galeries Lafayette store in Montpellier to reveal the talents of tomorrow. For over 40 years, the ELITE MODEL LOOK contest has attracted candidates from all over the world, and has become a veritable springboard, a benchmark in the world of fashion! In the course of its history, ELITE MODEL LOOK has helped to discover the greatest supermodels of recent generations: Cindy Crawford, Gisèle Bundchen, Alessandra Ambrosio? some of the most iconic models have taken their first steps with the ELITE agency, as have, more recently, Vittoria Ceretti, Mona Tougaard, Micklate Macobolo and Matthew Bell, talents who continue to make the agency famous. For this 2026 edition of the competition, Les Galeries Lafayette de Montpellier and the ELITE jury will be welcoming male and female participants* to selections that will enable the talents spotted to join the ranks of the agency. Last year, 7 talents signed a representation contract with Elite Paris. This season, INSTAX? the brand of portable cameras and photo printers, is once again partnering the competition, and will be offering each participant a unique souvenir photo of this extraordinary moment, thanks to the INSTAX MINI LINK 3? printer! In the pure tradition of model castings, where instant photos are used to reveal the natural photogenic qualities of candidates, ELITE teams will use the INSTAX WIDE EVO? to capture and reshoot pre-selected profiles. These shots, in large, customizable format, will then accompany the final deliberations to support their choices.
