Organized under the aegis of the Société Francophone du Diabète and the Société Française et Francophone des Plaies et Cicatrisations, this congress is the annual meeting place for healthcare professionals in the field of diabetes.
Indeed, the diabetic foot is one of the major complications of this disease. Every 20 seconds, someone in the world suffers an amputation as a result of diabetes, and in France, every year, almost 10,000 amputations are due to diabetic complications.
