Trainer :
David VIALA, is a former sensory analysis engineer and trainer at Pernod Ricard. An amateur brewer for over 10 years, he has gone through all the stages of home brewing, from the 2L pot in his 2m² Parisian kitchen to the 45L self-heating tank with reflux. He'll be able to guide you step by step, demystify the process and show you how to make your own brew, avoiding most of the classic mistakes!
Practical information:
Bring farm shoes, warm clothing in case of cool weather, sunglasses and sun cream.
Brewing equipment and ingredients are provided for the workshop.
