- At Au Nuage in Montpellier, we offer swimming lessons for everyone from babies to adults (all ages).
Wednesday: lessons start at 2.30 pm and 4.30 pm, for children aged 3 to 5 depending on the timetable.
Thursday: lessons start at 8 pm and 8.45 pm: adult beginners.
Saturday: classes start at 9.00 am and 10.00 am: baby swimming (4–35 months); classes start at 10.00 am and 12.00 pm: for children aged 3 to 5, depending on the timetable.
- In Castelnau, our classes are for children aged 3 and over (Auto Rescue) and 5 and over (Learning).
Wednesday: classes start from 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm: for children aged 3 to 5 depending on the timetable (beginner or advanced level).
Saturday: classes start from 2.00 pm to 5.30 pm: for children aged 3 to 5 depending on the timetable (beginner or advanced level).
- In Mauguio (La Salle Complex swimming pool), we offer swimming lessons from baby swimmers to adults (all ages).
Wednesday: lessons start from 4.00 pm to 5.00 pm, for children aged 3 to 5 depending on the timetable; lessons start at 8.15 pm and 9.00 pm: adults (beginner and performance).
Saturday: classes start from 8.50 am to 9.20 am: baby swimming, then from 2 pm to 5 pm for children aged 3 to 5 depending on the timetable (beginner or advanced level), and at 5.30 pm for adult beginners.
Sunday: lessons start from 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm: children aged 3 to 5, and also performance level for 8–12-year-olds; at 5.00 pm: adult beginners; and at 5.45 pm: adult performance.
