Craqueline is an artisanal bakery specializing in cream-filled craquelin choux pastries and other choux pastry creations. We offer them in a variety of flavors: vanilla, chocolate, lemon/yuzu, salted butter caramel... The Saint Honoré is also featured, both in its classic form and reimagined according to the chef’s inspiration! We offer treats with bold flavors and a subtle sweetness.
We are committed to sourcing locally, sustainably, and responsibly. That’s why we work with local producers (flour from the Sauret mill, eggs from Pic Saint Loup, BB Kombucha, Si Bio fruit juices...), and we also collaborate with Valrhona, based in France. It’s important to us to use seasonal ingredients.
At Craqueline, we limit our use of plastic; we use cardboard boxes and paper bags and pouches. No plastic bottles are sold in the shop—only beverages in glass bottles. As for our takeout cups, they’re made of cardboard. We also encourage our customers to bring their own containers.
