Description
September 8-20, 2026
Arabesques returns to Montpellier with an audacious program combining world music, jazz and contemporary creations.
For its 21st edition, the festival confirms its role as a cultural crossroads between the Mediterranean and elsewhere. Concerts, stand-up comedy, exhibitions and encounters will take place in a number of emblematic venues, from the Opéra Comédie to the Domaine d?O, via the Halle Tropisme.
Highlights include the opening with Oum and Bachar Mar-Khalifé, a tribute to Christophe, hybrid performances between tradition and modernity (Imarhan, Ino Casablanca, Sahravane), and a special place for jazz with Anouar Brahem. Comedian Amine Radi will add a touch of lightness.
The festival closes in style with Yasmine Hamdan and Souad Massi for a finale under the stars.
