La Halle Tropisme is launching CLUBISM, its new brand dedicated to electronic music. CLUBISM affirms that the club is a culture. And that the night is a space for exploration and liberation. CLUBISM brings together the most iconic and promising artists from the French and international scenes to share a collective moment of celebration and letting loose.
For this very first edition, Tropisme is making a big splash by welcoming Daniel Avery, a major figure in the global electronic music scene. Known for his hypnotic sets and unique soundscape, the British artist will headline this opening night.
On October 4, CLUBISM kicks off its history with the ambition of becoming an unmissable weekend destination in Montpellier—a space for discovery and connection centered around the most inspiring electronic music.
ABOUT DANIEL AVERY
For the past decade, English producer and DJ Daniel Avery has developed a raw style that blends techno and ambient. While tracks from his debut album, *Drone Logic*, released in 2013, continue to resonate in clubs around the world, his subsequent albums, *Song For Alpha* and **Love + Light*, have elevated him to the ranks of the most influential and original artists on the contemporary electronic scene.
In 2025, Daniel Avery returns with *Tremor*, his most ambitious album and live show to date. An immersive and daring work, “Tremor” explores euphoric shoegaze, deep techno, ambient, and industrial, while remaining true to his artistic vision—now enriched and transformed. Surrounded by numerous collaborators— Alison Mosshart, Walter Schreifels, bdrmm, yeule, Art School Girlfriend, yun%E8 pinku, among others—Avery celebrates a collective and creative spirit.

Born in the shadows, conceived by Barbreaker, Chantal Bouillave, and Juicy Juice, CRIMINIGHTZ crafts electrifying experiences. They experiment with a holistic approach blending music, stage design, and visual art. A unique identity crafted for sets that defy convention. Born from a fusion of trap, punk, and rave cultures, the project draws its strength from its outsider status. An evolution of controlled chaos blending Electro, Techno, G Tech, Bass Music, and Break, genres collide and fuse together. Several mottos: Stay Hydrated, Discover New Music, Support the Local Scene.
