More than 120 acres of vineyard was planted in small clearings on more than 350 acres of Mediterranean forest thus preserving a landscape dominated by bushland and the wilds. Our wines come from a fabulous terrain and the assembling of ancient uncloned varieties. Low-yield and prodigiously rich in flavour we refuse to use chemical fertilisers or any synthetic molecules in our wine. The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed using traditional methods.
