Description
Embark on a day of total immersion on the Larzac plateau and its steppe landscapes, shaped by pastoral farming and numerous rocky chaotic formations.
You'll discover the skills of shepherds, cheesemakers and master cheese-makers, all passionate about preserving the unique know-how that goes into making Roquefort, the king of cheeses.
Before that, we'll discover Lac du Salagou, the red lake that looks like a Colorado, before dining in one of France's most beautiful villages, in an authentic atmosphere.
