From July 4 to 26, 2026, the Espace Saint-Ravy is pleased to present the exhibition *Futur ant%E9rieur*, featuring a selection of works by artist Julien Barriol. Through a series of prints, sculptures, and installations, the artist brings to life a world situated at the crossroads of the past and the future. In a world where words dominate, saturate the space, and lose their substance, his work invites us to adopt a different relationship with language.
Julien Barriol’s works offer the silence of profound things and the mystery of a message that does not seek to be deciphered. The viewer thus becomes a contemporary archaeologist, confronted with a form of writing reduced to the state of a trace, an imprint, or an echo: an open enigma, bearing stories never written.
